The idea is that a small community of well-liked people, who share values and needs, is easily cohesive, sharing activities as we like, but each having their own house in case at any given time we need more privacy. In our community we will all care about everyone, and no one will pass out without anyone noticing. We will be like a family that fights loneliness and we will enjoy our common activities.

Our indoor heated pool will allow us to comfortably perform rehabilitation therapies every day. Guadalupe suffers from hemiplegia due to the stroke she suffered, and cannot walk on her own, having to live in a wheelchair, but in the pool, due to the decrease in weight due to the push of the displaced water, she can walk with total autonomy, and without fear of falling. We can have a fixed person to help us in our activities, shared among all, with the consequent reduction in costs.

We are going to build wooden houses, with great thermal insulation and to air-condition them by means of aerothermal energy, and we are going to install photo-voltaic solar panels on the roofs, so that on the one hand we are going to spend little on air conditioning, and on the other being generators, we can self-supply and even export our surplus to the network. We want to be able to keep the pool heated at no economic cost, and to have an electric vehicle shared and adapted to be able to transport wheelchairs, and we hope to recharge it with our own energy at night.
