Guadalupe Brito & Joan Mompó residents and promoters of the project
After the ICTUS that left Guada in a wheelchair and with dependency in August 2010, another life begins; we must surround ourselves with the people and the means that make us happy. After a few years chasing our dream we have decided to start this small community with our means and energies, sure that other people like us will soon join us, so here we are, already underway. If you think that this may also be the beginning of your new life, call or write, we will gladly assist you in everything you want to know about our project, in case it can also be yours.

I am passionate about what we do, which is obvious. I love sailing and the sea. There is no challenge too big or small, and I dedicate all my energy to every project I undertake.
OUR NEXT STEPS
On June 30, the transition to a cooperative will be decided with people who have decided to be in the project. During the month of July the statutes will be approved and the cooperative will be formalized. In parallel, we will be asking for budgets and choosing materials and industrials, with the help of our architecture team. Once the budget is closed, we will look for financing while we will ask for a work permit, so that we can place orders and start construction as soon as possible. We think it will be on October 1st. Our intention is that they are finished and can be inaugurated on February 1, 2021.
